This is an intense and deeply personal account of the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race. The result is a breathtaking portrait of a deeply historical race marked by sharp contrasts, where Brideshead Revisited meets Fight Club in this thrilling, first-hand account of a year in the life of Cambridge University’s Boat Race squad.
A very interesting account from the author who spent the entire year with the 2006-2007 Cambridge crew.
